The New Brunswick RCMP has released its 2019 Annual Report, Policing Excellence in New Brunswick Communities.

Keeping with our commitment to accountability and transparency, the report highlights some of the important police work done by the RCMP across our province throughout the year, our policing priorities and areas of focus, as well as our collaborative approach to public safety.

In 2019, the RCMP responded to or provided support for more than 124-thousand calls for service, including 49-hundred calls under the Mental Health Act. Our members checked more than 305-thousand vehicles, in more than 46-hundred checkstops, and issued more than 19-thousand tickets under the Provincial Offence Procedure Act.
